I am debating whether to buy the Element 22" LCD HDTV or the Insignia 22" LVD HDTV. Any suggestions? - insignia 22 stand broke

Both TVs are approx. same price. Best Buy has a plaque with the open box, brand new for $ 300 and the element in the circuit of the city is 349 $. I do not know what the best of both. Please give me suggestions.
