I think that would be the easiest solution, bag, punch, or melt put a hole in the plastic and use a jump ring or a piece of wire attached to the metal.

Your best chance would be a cola brand 2-component adhesives. The next best solution would be to E-6000 (be sure exactly as the directions say that the best result).
You can find in hardware stores and sometimes in other stores.
(There are also queues in particular the fusion of metal, plastic ... not sure what they are made to participate, but would in the equipment / stores, etc..)

The biggest "white glue" for jewelry are Jewel-It Beacon Gem-Tac. They are for attachment to a non-porous material will (like a jewel or incorrect student)) on the fabric (porous surface.
Those that are stored in a craft store or possibly a tissue.

PS Gorilla Glue or other polyurethane adhesive is stronger than all, but it swells during the healing process, so you should clamp, and can press the sides (it's yellow, it is unclear when positioned above the other).

get some glue jewels. Aileen and I to stay. There are all kinds of glue, do the trick. Go to your local craft store (or sell at Walmart) and go to the jewelry making course and they should. It costs $ 3 - $ 10 depending on the type and brand of glue you

I suggest that Gorilla glue. These things stick anything.
Keep in mind that is clear dries, so be completed to avoid excessive use and disposal. It is not easy to get, though when wet.
