Most men wear underwear under his shirt, but not others. The athlete is better support than anything else, and many of the custom shirt. It would make no sense to wear compression shorts under the shirt, because it better support to the shirt. The only thing covering probably more than the legs, compression shorts are usually on the legs would be a t-shirt.
I have no idea why a man would be something under his shirt is disgusting. A layer of fabric or two - it makes no difference.
